Shipping & Returns

All Paloma Victoria orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our atelier in the Netherlands.

Processing Time
Each order is handled with care. Please allow 1–3 business days for order preparation before dispatch.
During product launches or promotions, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Delivery Times

Netherlands: 1–2 business days

European Union: 3–7 business days

International: 7–14 business days

All parcels include tracking information, provided via email once your order ships.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping within the Netherlands on orders over €100

EU orders: calculated at checkout

International orders: calculated at checkout

Any import duties or taxes for non-EU deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to adore your jewelry. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Hygiene-sensitive items such as earrings cannot be returned if worn or unsealed, for health reasons.

Customized or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable, unless faulty.

To request a return, please contact us at contact@palomavictoria.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide the return address and detailed instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for a different size or color, please note this in your return email — we’ll do our best to accommodate if stock is available.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@palomavictoria.com including photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
