Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide from our atelier in the Netherlands.

How much is shipping?

• EU & UK: Free on orders over €100, flat €9.99 otherwise.
• Worldwide (including Moldova, USA, Canada): Free on orders over €200, flat €15–20 otherwise.

How long does delivery take?

Europe: 3–7 business days.

International: 7–14 business days depending on customs.

Express delivery is available at checkout.

Products & Materials

What materials do you use?

Our jewelry is crafted in 18K gold vermeil, thick rhodium, sterling silver, and premium plating with handset diamond simulant stones (CZ). Every piece is nickel-safe and hypoallergenic. 

Are your stones real?

We use a mix of natural semi-precious stones, and high-quality diamond simulant stones to achieve the sparkle and durability of luxury jewelry, while keeping it accessible.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Although Paloma jewels are crafted to last, each piece is a delicate work of art.
To preserve its brilliance, we recommend treating it with care — avoid contact with water, perfumes, and cosmetics, and store it safely in its original box when not worn. 

Sizing & Fit

How do I know my ring size?

Check our Ring Size Guide for an easy measurement method at home. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Do you offer different bracelet sizes?

Yes, most of our bracelets come with adjustable closures to fit most wrists comfortably. Some bracelets are designed in standard size.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if items are unworn and in their original packaging. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

How do I start a return?

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, Klarna Pay Later (where available).

Will I pay customs duties?

Orders within the EU have no extra duties. Outside the EU, local customs may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
